Julie Blair-Horrigan has been located in this area for over thirty years. She started riding at the age of six and has been involved with horses ever since. She started training professionally in 1991. She has a special talent to communicate with riders, both young and old. Many regional and National champions have been trained by Julie. She also has a special ability to work with sensitive horses and has helped many of them to gain winning titles.
